Welcome to the digital vault protocols. These operational terms dictate the secure, authorized usage of ValoCase showcases and systems.
Acceptance of Service Agreement
By deploying a node, accessing our portal, or initializing a digital inventory import, you signify your absolute agreement to comply with and be bound by these operational terms. If you do not accept these covenants, your authorization to access the showcase systems is immediately revoked.
User Responsibilities & Compliance
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your user login hashes. Our interface must never be utilized for malicious activities, automated credential scraping, brute-force packet flood attacks, or any operations designed to destabilize our backend nodes or network gateways.
Service Dependability & Limits
ValoCase is a community utility tool and operates 'As Is' and 'As Available'. Our hydration pipeline relies entirely on functional third-party Riot Games endpoint arrays. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, zero-latency runtime environments or provide service-level uptime warranties.
Asset Disclaimer & Trademark Rights
All Valorant assets, agent illustrations, weapon designs, and brand logos loaded into the vault remain the exclusive intellectual properties and registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. ValoCase asserts no proprietary ownership claim over any third-party game assets.
Operational Termination Clause
We reserve the absolute, unilateral right to terminate or suspend access to our showcase nodes instantly, without prior notification or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation a breach of the user conduct codes or operational interference attempts.
Structural Revisions
We maintain full sovereignty to update, patch, or modify these agreements at our discretion. If a revision constitutes a critical fundamental change, we will attempt to provide operational system notices. What qualifies as a critical fundamental modification is determined entirely at our discretion.
By continuing to synchronize your active Valorant showcases and accessing our public interface databases after revision files become active, you confirm your binding agreement to the modified covenants. If you dissent from new iterations, please initiate a terminal deletion on your profile immediately.
